Each Kathleen's Cookie is made by hand from scratch, using whole, natural ingredients. There are no additives or preservatives in our cookies. All cookies are packaged individually within one hour of baking and we suggest that they be consumed within three days of receipt for maximum freshness. Our standard cookie size is two ounces, although they may vary in shape due to the hand-making process. All of our products may contain nuts or traces of nuts including peanuts and tree nuts.
